Stakesys JD Squared Model 32 Electric Hydraulic Tube Bender. Convert your manual Model 32 bender into an electric tube bender with our 230v upgrade kit. The kit is made up with the best components we could find.

We assemble it in-house using a 1.5HP Tech Motor and Italian Bucher oil pump flowing 2.38 ltr/min. We have found this to be the perfect speed for controllability against speed. The pump flows 3000 psi / 210 BAR which which easily bend 2 x 3.2mm wall CDS. We have fitted the 2 way valve with 24vDC solenoids through a transformer, capacitor and rectifier in the IP rated box.

This means the pendant hand control is 24vDC for safety. The assembly is designed for use with an SPX Powerteam, Enerpac or similar 1 way spring return cylinder as supplied with our Model 32 Hydraulic Tube Benders and also available separately. The motor / pump kit is designed to be used with your fixed post stand, a mobile stand you may make or drops straight into our gorgeous new monocoque stand with casters and outrigger feet.
